Siyah \u00e7ay\u0131n bile\u015fenlerinin antioksidan etkisinin olabilece\u011fi, kanser yap\u0131c\u0131 h\u00fccrelerin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyebilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ay, genetik \u00f6zellikleri belirleyen DNA\u2019y\u0131\u00a0 kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmaktad\u0131r. Bu da genlerin bozularak kanserli h\u00fccrelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmelerini \u00f6nler. Sonu\u00e7ta damar \u00e7eperlerinin y\u0131rt\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu meydana gelebilecek, ba\u015fta beyin kanamas\u0131 olmak \u00fczere her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kanama riskini azalt\u0131r.Siyah ve ye\u015fil \u00e7ay\u0131n, kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 riskinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra mide ve yemek borusu kanseri riskini de azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tesbit edildi. Amerikan Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Kurulu\u015fu\u2019nun 93. kongresinde, konuyla ilgili yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonucunu a\u00e7\u0131klayan ABD\u2019deki Keck T\u0131p Okulu ve \u00c7in\u2019deki \u015eanghay Kanser Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc uzmanlar\u0131, \u00e7ay\u0131n i\u00e7indeki anti oksidan bile\u015fik polyphenols\u2019un midede kansere neden olabilen kimyasal maddeleri par\u00e7alayarak yok etti\u011fini bildirdiler. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 45-64 ya\u015f grubundaki 18 bin 344 erkek denek \u00fczerinde yapan Amerikal\u0131 ve \u00c7inli bilim adamlar\u0131, \u00e7ay i\u00e7enlerin idrarlar\u0131nda kansere yol a\u00e7an kimyasal maddelerin daha az, mide ve yemek borusu kanserinin yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya az g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Havu\u00e7, \u0131spanak, meyve ve di\u011fer sebzelerde bulunan anti kanserojen madde karoten\u2019i yeterli derecede almayan, sigara ve alkol t\u00fcketen ve midelerinde H pylori bakterisi bulunan ki\u015filerde mide kanseri riski bulunuyor. Yeterli miktarda \u00e7ay i\u00e7en ve mide sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00f6nem veren ki\u015filerde ise bu risk azal\u0131yor.Bilim adamlar\u0131, \u00e7ay\u0131n i\u00e7indeki polyphenols maddesinin kansere yol a\u00e7abilen kimyasal etkenleri \u00f6nleyici etki g\u00f6sterirken, C ve E vitamini gibi, proteinleri ve DNA\u2019y\u0131 oksitlenmenin meydana getirdi\u011fi hasardan korudu\u011funu, sa\u011fl\u0131k h\u00fccrelerin hasar g\u00f6rmesini \u00f6nledi\u011fini ve kanser t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini durdurdu\u011funu bildirdiler.Daha \u00f6nceki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda ye\u015fil \u00e7ay\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulunan polifenol maddesinin, kanser t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fan ve t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri besleyen kan damarlar\u0131n\u0131 t\u0131kad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015fti. Fareler \u00fczerinde ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapan bilim adamlar\u0131, ye\u015fil \u00e7ay\u0131n cilde s\u00fcr\u00fclen kremlerde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla da cilt kanserine kar\u015f\u0131 tedbir al\u0131nabilece\u011fini kaydettiler. Ye\u015fil \u00e7ay i\u00e7me al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bat\u0131\u2019da, bu y\u00fczden kanser vakalar\u0131n\u0131n Uzakdo\u011fu \u00fclkelerine oranla daha fazla g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi. G\u00fcnde 4-5 bardak ye\u015fil \u00e7ay i\u00e7enlerin, cilt kanseri riskinden korunabileceklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen bilim adamlar\u0131, cilt kanserine yakalanm\u0131\u015f olanlara ise ye\u015fil \u00e7ay\u0131 k\u00fcr edici bir ila\u00e7 olarak tavsiye edemeyeceklerini belirtiyorlar.
